Has the software got minimal dependencies? If the uses libraries where required, are the libraries of the KISS type? Was the choice of programming language and programming language version taken in respect of the software ecosystem? (Thereby, aiding software lifespan, but at possible deprement of increased development time.) Is the software cross platform? Is the code fast? Is the code optimal? Is the software safe from memory leakages and segmentation faults? Is the software safe against cyber threats? Does the program crash at all? Is the software well documented? Does the code contain comments? Is the code open source? Is the software flexible (are there any fallbacks for when a piece of code doesn't work)? Does the software perform a novel function? Does the software complete the given objective? Is the code architecturally easy to read and understand? Are there any better ways any of the above can be achieved whilst maintaining the existing software quality?
