	If no colour change
		Add primary antibody
		If new colour change
			The antigen effects the primary antibody (though can't tell if secondary antibody is needed)
	If colour change
		The antigen effects the secondary antibody
			Add primary antibody
				If new colour change
					The antigen effects both the primary and secondary antibody
				If no new colour change
					The antigen effects only the secondary antibody
